BISERV CAMEROON & CO SA
BiServ Cameroon & Co SA is the subsidiary of BiServ Inc. Created in 2019 in Cameroon, it is a citizen company that comes to impulse a healthy emulation within the African population through, among others, a Career Orientation Fair, a Professional Training and innovative and intelligent solutions to solve the difficulties faced by the African society. BiServ Cameroon & Co SA is thus positioned as the ideal partner of the State in terms of new technologies.
OBJECTIVES OF BISERV CAMEROON
In 2023, one of the objectives of BiServ Cameroon & Co SA is to accompany the government in the resolution of the thorny problem of school guidance, access to employment of young people, as well as the management of their careers.To achieve its objectives, BiServ Cameroon & Co SA aims to hold in summer (June - August) a seminar entitled CAREERS: FAIR AND TRAINING which includes the Career Orientation Fair and a Professional Training.
The objectives of this seminar are:
- To limit the brain drain;
- To bring back the youth to have confidence in their country;
- To make young people aware of the value of work well done;
- Train youth on financial education with a focus on savings;
- Educate youth on the culture of entrepreneurship;
- Educate young workers on the importance of quality customer service on a daily basis;
- Encourage young people not to be satisfied with what they have, to seek more for their well-being;
- Stimulate Building an elite class on the continent in the long term;
- Optimize teamwork;
- Inculcate in young people the integration of cultural diversity in the choice of employees;
- Mature projects;
- Inculcate in young people the respect of the environment.
